The Village of North Palm Beach

The family-friendly Village of North Palm Beach, known as “The Best Place to Live Under the Sun” was developed by philanthropist and insurance mogul, John D. MacArthur, and boasts the Palm Beaches’ only state park. With nearly 2 miles of beachfront, John D. MacArthur State Park offers a daily nature walk, moonlight concerts, kayaking trips, summer camps, and much more. The recently re-designed and totally renovated North Palm Beach Country Club features dining facilities, events area, Olympic-size pool, tennis, and a Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course. The Village features several other beautiful parks, including Lakeside Park, with its own beach on the Intracoastal Waterway, and Anchorage Park with playgrounds, docks, volleyball courts, tennis, and even a dog park!

Just a mile from the Palm Beach Inlet, The Village of North Palm Beach is home to the Safe Harbor North Palm Beach Marina, a sheltered harbor with hardwood decked floating docks and a well-stocked marine store. Open to the public 7 days a week, members may also enjoy the North Palm Beach Country Club and a nearby Safe Harbor sister location at Old Port Cove.

Residents have access to prime waterfront real estate of single-family pool homes and condominiums, with amenities concentrated around the waterfront and the golf course. With its quant village atmosphere, North Palm Beach offers something for everyone in terms of lifestyle — whether it’s boating on the nearby Intracoastal Waterway, a round of golf, a golf cart ride along the nautical-themed streets, or strolling the shops and enjoying the restaurants along the waterfront of The Harbour Financial Center, or The Gardens Mall. And with plenty of water in the area, there are ample opportunities to go paddleboarding and kayaking nearby, and taking in the fabulous, festive sights of the annual Holiday Boat Parade that travels along the Intracoastal Waterway from the North Palm Beach Country Club all the way to the Jupiter Inlet!

Close proximity to I-95 allows residents and visitors to make the quick drive to West Palm Beach for downtown shopping and restaurants, as well as Broadway shows, ballet, and concerts at The Kravis Center for the Performing Arts, and the Palm Beach International Airport.
